Public Sector Resource Mobilisation Workshop — From Strategy to Implementation

This five-day intensive workshop is designed to strengthen institutional sustainability within the public and quasi-public sector by equipping leaders to develop and implement robust, bankable Resource Mobilisation (RM) Strategies. RM Strategy Development was cited as one of the most valuable sessions at the 31st EARMW, and participants expressed the need for greater depth, structure, and practical application.
