32nd Eastern Africa Resource Mobilisation Workshop (EARMW 32)

Date: 23rd–27th November 2026

Theme: Adaptive Intelligence: Funding for Future Impact

Overall Purpose

32nd EARMW is the premier resource mobilisation gathering in Eastern Africa, bringing together sector leaders, practitioners, and innovators for five days of strategic learning, peer exchange, and hands-on skill-building. In 2026, fundraisers must navigate changing donor behaviours, economic pressures, and digital engagement opportunities. This workshop emphasizes adaptive intelligence, the ability to interpret trends, convert insights into action, and future-proof organisational funding models.
A standout feature of the 32ndEARMW is the inclusion of donors in the room, providing participants with the rare opportunity to hear directly from funders, understand decision-making drivers, and receive real-time feedback. Practical pitching sessions will allow participants to test proposals, refine messaging, and strengthen confidence in donor interactions.
